Do Not Drink … Gamble!
Sunday, 8. June 2025
If you enjoy having a a drink from time to time, leave your cash at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your purse, your wallet, and keep all money, plastic credit and chequebooks back at the hotel. Only take only the cash you expect to spend on drinks, tipping and only the pocket change you expect to lose and keep the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not really. Realistic more like. You might have a profit following a intoxicated evening out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to catch a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps table. Keep that adventure considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink and wager. The pair simply don’t mix.
Keeping your money at home is a little bit dramatic, but preventative measures for dramatic actions is compulsory. If you bet to succeed, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to toss aside your assets nary a concern, then consume all the free beer you are able to handle, but do not carry credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your drunken head squanders everything!
Permit me to carry this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on to the internet to play in your best-liked online casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my abode, but because I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.
What’s the reason? Despite the fact that I do not drink a lot, once I consume alcohol, it is absolutely enough to befuddle my judgment. I bet, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not wager when you do. Both make for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
