If you like to have a beer occasionally, keep your money out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your wallet, and keep all money, plastic credit and cheques at home. Grab only the cash you intend to use on beverages, tipping and only the pocket change you anticipate to throw away and leave the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Not really. Realistic more like. You could have a win after a boozy evening out with your acquaintances and be lucky sufficiently to hook a marathon roll at a hot craps game. Keep that adventure seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink and wager. These activities just do not mix.
Leaving your moola at home is a little bit dramatic, but precautionary measures for drastic actions is necessary. If you play to win, then do not drink and gamble. If you can afford to blow your money without a worry, then consume all the gratuitous alcohol you are able to handle, but don’t carry plastic credit and checkbooks to toss into the mix of going after losses after your dead drunk brain loses everything!
Let me to carry this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop online to wager in your best-liked casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my house, but because I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.
Why? Despite the fact that I do not consume alcohol a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s absolutely adequate to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, do not wager when you do. The two mix up for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
